(I do not know if it will allow you to do that, but I know some games, you can enter giveaways if you have the base and it is the special edition or GotY or what have you)

Damn, CV too high :\ Anyways - I think there is an option asking for reroll because ofowning most part of a bundle. As base game 14€ in EU, Deluxe is 17€ - base game 14€, deluxe content only 3€ . So if the winner will have the base game, you can asks for a reroll without problem, he/she already owns 82% of the bundle :)

At reroll options there is only "Majority of bundle exists in their account"
