Comics: Locke And Key is quite amazing. I really enjoyed it. And I keep up on The Walking Dead.
My favorite book ever is House of Leaves. Insane read. I also really enjoyed Deathtroopers: Star Wars and zombies. If you can get passed the non-canon fact, it is a great read.

To answer your question, I was recently re-reading some Spiderman comics that featured Venom <3 Indeed, I enjoyed that very much :) As for books, I still haven't finished reading "Cabal: The Nightbreed" by Clive Barker. Shame, it's a pretty good story.
