Steam Halloween Sale is on!

Because I'm still somewhat new to steamgifts I have a question:

At this point I only have made GA off free/bundeled games but I like to increase my CV with games that actually did cost me money and so I thought that halloween sale might be an opportunity for me. BUT I'm not shure what the rule is about those sales...do the games (which aren't already on the list) get added to that free/bundeled/exploited list?

Or do they stay (atleast for now) on the "real game" side?

A shame that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Ultimate Edition and The Walking Dead - 400 days are too new to have a discount. Would fit nicely with the Halloween sale. Though the -80% on Darksiders 2 DLC might seem tempting.

So, I'm glad Penumbra Black Plague is back on Steam but it is only going to be available in the Collector's Pack together with Overture? Because I already own Overture but have been wanting to buy Black Plague for a while now.
