Or they validate purchases in batch, but definitively not everything is automatically validated. They do that 24h max according to them.
For indie studio/dealer, I guess doing that to avoid sending too many key to fraudulent purchases is fine.
They can do that manually, without relying on costly third party checks, since they don't sell thousands of bundles per hours.

It was about one minute for me, but I've bought bundles from them before, so I might be in their "whitelist".
It might also depend on the timezone they're in, sometimes it took a few hours to receive the keys (as Omicron666 already pointed out).

War Birds is 75% positive in all languages, but drops to 25% with just english language reviews. I'm not sure what to think. This new system is so confusing.

Check in those cases if the other languages are all the same or not. In this case, we have quite a few.

Got 4 duplicated keys.
First 2 times they sent me new key no problem.
Sent a ticket since 12 Oct. and I even sent another ticket last Saturday but still no respond.

I remember other people having the same problem in previous OtakuMaker bundle threads, AFAIR they solved it by contacting support. If they don't reply, try to contact them again, they may have not received your message.
