Is steampowered.com down?

I am trying to open the store page for the past 5 mintues, tried from steam client also from the browser, i even tried the accessing the forums through google chrome, it said :Oops! Google Chrome could not find forums.steampowered.com

Did you mean: steampowered.­com
Is this happening to everyone? and i am getting
"Error Code: -105

Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the internet."
in the steam client.
Please help.

I am having better luck with Chrome than Firefox.
