The reason for the new thread is that the old one became slow to load at around 12,700 posts or so.
We broke the SteamGifts database! (;´Д`)

I'd be cool with it, depending on the feelings of the rest of the participants.
Here's a poll: http://www.strawpoll.me/13166249

No rest for the weary. :)
If we do reset, I can probably keep an all-time leaderboard list in a linked google doc or something. I likely wouldn't update it very often, maybe once a month or two, but then we we could have a "current" leaders as well as "all-time" leaders list.

Reset sounds good to me. After all, don't most sports reset the leaderboard at the start of a new season ?

I'll probably leave the poll up another several days to try to get as large a representation as possible and keep ideas/discussion/comments open within a reasonable time frame. My next leaderboard update will probably come after making a decision based on the results of the poll.

The current turn is for Ctouw, guessing correctly from the previous thread:

If anything, English is one of the most gender-neutral languages there is. There are entire books written in first-person where the protagonist's gender remains undisclosed. Which can be done quite easily because words don't have grammatical gender, and feminine and masculine forms of verbs and adjectives are exactly the same.
Just say they / their if you don't want to guess the gender of a person.

I know that Polish forces you to specify the gender whenever you say a verb.
Though I also know that in Japanese verbs are always gender neutral, in addition to it often being considered rude to say "he / she" so it's more often "that person". On the other hand, there's a bunch of "I / you" pronouns that depend on the gender and / or social status of the person being spoken about relative to the speaker.

As proof you can go to Faeria's steam store page, look at the third (has the stone structure in the buttom right corner) & the last (has the symbol + treasure on the right) images, and see how the cards match in style.

Gamers in Paradise?
Yes, the subtitle is a spoof on Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise. Because the last thread reminded me that no matter how good you think you are at something, there is always someone more masterful that you can learn from. :)
