It's the minimum price for the US and similar, but for many countries it's cheaper on Steam. The game is worth it at full price, and this seems like a good deal to me.

Steam DB said HL is $13.99, I guess it depends on the country, in Mexico the minimum is $160 MXN (8 USD).

9,87€ with the usual 5% discount codes (from last purchase or NAG5), so close enough to HL.

Tempted to buy because of the free DLC that will be removed on November and also because it's very likely I would play it right away.

Awesome game, totally worth it. However, if you think about getting it now only because of the Godzilla DLC: it's well made, but it doesn't add much compared to the content of the base game (check YT).
