It's not really hard to check for yourself, just search the archive for a title from a mass giveaway (like 30 Impossible Levels) and you'll see all the deleted regifts.

All I know if that I have two games won at the same time. No idea of the rules and so regifted one.
A long time goes by where I've since discovered that doing so was wrong and admit to it in a thread helping out someone with that exact question and then all of a sudden I'm punished for it.
I don't mind the punishment, I mind the fact that it went unpunished until I volunteered the information.
That is why I don't think the mods (Or support) have it anywhere near as tight as it could/should be.
No attack on you or the team, just an observation based on experience here.

But yours wasn't from a mass giveaway. There are dozens of thousands of giveaways created every month, of course we're not going to spend our time checking if every single one of them is a regift. For mass giveaways, we know the vast majority of giveaways created for the same game shortly after it ends will be regifts, so we check these.

And that's cool. It's all the occasions that don't get checked and anyone who feels guilty and admits to having mistakenly broken a rule on one occasion byway of advice to someone about to make the same mistake and is punished.
I can take it or leave it personally, but I don't want to see a potential gifter turned away from this community because gankers are rewarded and honest people making mistakes are punished.

My silly pet peeve is that I've never won in one of these mass GAs bar one that had more keys given than the actual participants (100k keys!). I even bribed the server, fed it data, clicked all the ads, polished the keyboard..nada..

You should comment on that second GA you won, that you request a re-roll. Leave that key untouched and mark it "not received". Because you still have that multiple win problem until you do so.

the two major gifters of this mass giveaway are people who take the time to do re-rolls properly.. as many that are required in this case, it maybe a long wait, but it should actually go thru eventually in this instance.

Regifting Is Not Allowed - If You Won Multiple Copies Of This (Or Any Other) Game, You Need To Ask Whichever Giveaway Creator Whose Key You Did Not Redeem To Ask For A Reroll So That Someone Else Can Get The Key And So That The Original Giveaway Creator Gets The Credit They're Due And So You Don't Get Credit When You Don't Deserve It, Which Is Why Regifting Is Against The Rules In The First Place (AFAIK)
Read The FAQ And Ask If You Are Uncertain - Don't Risk Breaking Rules Due To Ignorance
EDIT i just had the thought - and mind it's purely speculation - spurred from A COMMENT (i had the thought that posting the actual comment would probably be "calling out" so... shit) that perhaps such rule-breakers are alt accounts of the bitter, wanting to be blacklisted, in the hope of maybe inundating users' lists, for to eventually be triumphant in being able to do what they do with no consequence...? there've even been countless examples i've seen of such "giveaway creators" thanking people for blacklisting/reporting them. of course, this could just be some childish stab at them, but my paranoia...
