Your First Steam Game

Team fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source , those are my first purchases . But also got the Nvidia promo ;p
TF2 Is really the best game on steam .

It was Portal: First Slice for me, if that counts as a game at least, it was a demo :D

I first played Half Life 2, but didn't actually get a steam account until I think I got the CSS pack with DOD and HL2DM.
And with that, i'm still waiting on my copy of CSGO whenever it feels like arriving.
