Even though I do not love all his works, some of them are truly amazing :(

Heard about it yesterday. Not a huge fan of his work, but still a great loss for the world of literature, movies, and of course, videogames.

i doubt it theyre too popular for ubisoft not to continue them, he had little to do with anything beyond writing the rainbow six novel, really ill be forever sad that their will never be a rainbow 6 novel sequel now i never cared for the games with his name on but ill admit thats more my personal tastes

Why not? Most of the games have nothing at all to do with Tom Clancy anyway, beside putting his name on it.
