Do you blacklist someone if he/she has VAC ban?

No

A Vac ban could be an indicator that a person might be shady, but it's never a definitive piece of proof on its own to me. If I end up BLing someone with it, there's probably other reasons to begin with. That and, mistakes happen, as does potentially being wrongly banned. I'd rather give the benefit of the doubt until someone proves me wrong.

I'm also terribly lazy so I probably won't actually even check someone's steam profile after seeing them here unless they either give me bad vibes, or the opposite and I wanna be bros. For what it's worth, keeping up with the BL-eligibility of any user is more effort than I'm willing to put in most of the time.

Sometimes it's more complicated than having a binary choice. I'm against stigmatizing somebody on the grounds of one silly action so I answered with "I don't care". This is a lie as I do care and blacklisted a member with ~50 VAC bans.

I don't care about VAC bans. I only blacklist for extreme have/want ratios (like having won more than twice what they have given away) or being a jerk.

I don't care. I may be surprised by multiple VAC bans but nothing more.
Not only VAC bans and SG are not connected in any way for me, I also believe that some VAC bans might be a mistake (I have no VAC bans, but many years ago I was kicked from CS server with VAC warning while I wasn't cheating or using any 3d party software).

When I was adding you to my WL two months ago I saw your VAC ban while checking if we have any common friends and that doesn't effect my decision in any way :)

no, i mostlly blacklist amazingly bad ratio guys and +1 users. I'd bl the bot users but how does one check that

I don't blacklist people with VAC's , if anything i don't blacklist at all.

The only issue i have with the blacklist issue is people blacklisting others including myself for a difference of opinion. and yes, it has happened to me and probably many others

I don't accept gifting to VAC-banned people. Is that a valid reason to reroll BTW? But i don't believe i blacklisted that many people.
