I was really shy for a long time when I was younger, but to fix this problems I went out and talked to a bunch of strangers and did several crazy/embarrassing things in public (mostly just dancing). Now I am no longer shy and more or less immune to embarrassment.

Most of the time I don't consider myself shy, but when I do I fake confidence and the shyness goes away. It's not that that worries me, it's the almost constant thought about not having a single clue what am I doing and what will I do in the future.

I'll drink with you. Soon.
What's your choice of booze right now?

I had to look it up :-) I've not tried that, but cheers!

Yep, I'm in the middle of some pointless anxiety attack, so I cope with it the best way I know . With some booze and a small gib.
Edit:
Thank you all, half an hour after I made the thread, I already feel better. You people are wonderful.
