Everything explained:
The correct order for the secret ga was
6 1 2 4 !

and it was the ending date
Hints:
American Notation was a hint i added while seeing i messed up the order myself (originally i planned to make it european writing e.g. 1.6.2024)
Edit: you needed to change the order of the letters in the link to match the one above (e.g. ! was H and so on)
There was also a hidden giveaway linked under the Bump-Button of the secret giveaway! :)

i was missing a letter since the steamgifts giveaways are always with 5 letters, so i decided to use an "!" as placeholder (because i could not get one more letter with a date format.
To make it clear that it has nothing to do with the code (changing the letters of the code) i made that comment to let it be at the end.

The solution to the code was to bring the numbers above in the correct order -> correct order: 6 1 2 4 ! and then to change the letters in the link to match those. (e.g. 6 matches F, ! matches H)

OMG I was so close, but I interpreted it as 6 (month) 1 (day) 2 (hour) 4 (last digit of the ending date). I focused on the end time, not the end date, and they showed up as ending at 2AM when I hovered over the end time, so I assumed the third digit (2) was significant in a different way.
Anyway, thank you for the hints, for the GAs, and for the explanation. As with most puzzles, easy once you see the solution, infuriating when you're trying to figure it out and unable to haha :)
