One time my soon to be in-laws asked what he and I had in common. His reply was we both like cheese. His dad snickered and his mother never asked about our relationship ever again. As far as a favorite cheese, it would be easier to say what I don't like. Havarti either plain or with dill is excellent, and I can't leave out Provolone. So many cheeses~so little time. And that's all I have to say about that. Unless I think of something else.
