The diplomacy and the characters were the main selling points for me too. Also, the idea of controlling the dragon seems interesting.
How does it hold up compared to games like the earlier Total Wars and games like Civ 5? And also, did it get repetitive for you?

Well, I didn't enjoy the RTS bits at all. It's just unit spam, really. There's some decision to e made regarding techs and things, but I just put it on very easy and rushed through it to get to the diplo bits. And yeah, it really did get repetitive, even as a huge Larian fanboy I thought it was only mediocre. Divinity 2 had way better Dragon bits imo.

The new wishlist is waaaay to big. I don't like it that much but it shows where steam will be going. But not sure why they try to make it better for touchscreens. Also no option to sort it after price...

According to Steamdb currency conversion data, I think it'd be around $0.35 USD per game in Russia. So you are probably correct.
