If it's not due to getting bundled (if you listed the game pre bundle it's fine, but some bundles don't get added immediately for whatever reason) odds are it's due to a game dropping in price.

Game "Kane's wrath. " there was no bundl game, it were the gifts bought in стиме, instead of on sale and for which I spent the money. And that they then didn't consider that for it $20 give, is their problems. They so then didn't include my last game of "Kane's wrath" in contribution, so also decided to cut down and all the rest a month later? Do that want, and it to shit that you spend the money. Excuse for my English, I use the translator.

А твоё недовольство, мягко говоря, не оправдано, ты вообще понимаешь, что потратил на игры не 3817 рублей ($120), а всего 144? Это в 26 раз меньше. И вообще даже эти 120 баксов у тебя никто не отнимал, просто чтобы они зачлись, тебе нужно раздать не-бандловых игр на 2400 баксов. Можно с тех же распродаж стима, главное чтобы цена не была более чем в 20 раз меньше стандартной америкосовской.

Any game that hits 95% off or more gets on the bundle list as well, you still get credit for it all the same it just doesn't come into full effect until more non major discount/bundled games are posted.

Shobo extended date list for Kane's Wrath from Sept. 17, 2013 all the way back to July 3, 2012. Because apparently two people "abusing" it ruins it for everyone.

Do they have it coded the same way for price drops as bundled games vs. pre-bundled games? I mean, it does suck that your CV drops when game prices drop when you actually spent the full amount (or previously higher amount). But I don't care about CV...I just find it interesting with all the complaining about it.

No, it's not coded the same way.

When a game's price drops on the Steam store, the CV drops accordingly for all users.
But if a game gets bundled, it will count as a bundle game from the date with which it gets added to the list.
That means:
a) you get full CV for giveaways created before that date
b) games can get aded to the bundle list with an "earlier" date, thus the CV will be re-calculated retroactively if you've created a giveaway for the game between the time the game appears in a bundle and the date it gets added to the bundle list (which pribably happened in this case)
