How can I add it to my account?

From ASF's own console, if you don't know how, read this. If you don't even want to read that, open the config/ASF.json file in the ASF folder and add the line: "SteamOwnerID": "yoursteamid64here", just like that.
- Can I do this from a mobile? Unless you have ASF running somewhere and another Steam account to send the command to, no.
From Steam, just click the "Play now" button or go to SteamDB and click the "Install" button.
- Can I do this from a mobile? No.

What is the difference between "FreeOnDemand" and "NoCost"?

FreeOnDemand games don't increase your profile counter, don't drop cards and they can be removed from the licenses page. NoCost games are just the opposite, except for cards with the latest Steam changes.
