Nope. During the MoM giveaway, they also ended up giving away some other games and that just states if someone won one of those games during that giveaway, they can't claim it now.
My question is... Are these keys region restricted.

Very indeed, that letter in this strange alphabet can be translated by two letters. Hence why I wrote "Please note that Veh is not equal to C. It could have, but it isn't. It's definitely not equal to V."
This alphabet is part of a puzzle in Cyrano Story. The... 4th one ? You get a very cool audio file with it too, after you beat the 3rd one (I think) if you click on the document below, when the woman talks.
For the curious, it was the Enochian alphabet.

to be honest I rushed big part of cyrano story because I guessed (correctly) they will run out of keys in no time.
I plan to replay it in these days. trying to do all the analysis
and if you want to laugh, with the last part of your puzzle I ended in some docs of a neutrino experiment.

Ah, I played a very similar puzzle like 10 or 15 years ago. I won't be able to remember the name though.
Okay I'm 29 but I feel already old : I struggled at the level 2 to read the message, min/maxing the brightness, colors and stuff hardly helped. Got it in the end, blinding myself in the process.

if you open the image in a editor and adjust brightness and contrast can see the phrase; teveo.htm (translated "te veo" "i see you")
simply replace the last part of the URL (level2.htm) with that
most puzzles can be solved using similar logic beyond the language.

but anyway, here are some hints:
- there is a guitar
- in the source code are some numbers: V.12 II.1......
- maybe it is related to the freatboard?
- NOTE: the solution is in lowercase. uppercase doesn't work.
- maybe string and fret position?

I think it was called "Missing", I recall it also had a sequel (you are looking for a kidnapped person if I recall correctly), you would also receive mails from within the game.

The game I played long ago was something very close to the one in Spanish linked by Mikitos (http://www.tercerojo.net/). A little game on Internet that asks you to click on some parts of the image or to change the URL with more or less hidden clues. An "amateur" game, not requiring CDs or any kind of purchase.
I guess there was many games like those in the end, Internet was still young at that time, asking to use Google to search for clues was probably on trend at that time.
I took a look at your games, Missing and In Memoriam. They look neat ! A proto The Black Watchmen, Ahnayro, Cyrano Story for sure.
Sad thing that this kind of games has to be such a niche genre.

It's pretty "simple" actually. But if you followed the short guide on Steam, for sure you'll be lost, because it only lists the final answer for each puzzle. You then bypass all of the prior steps, because indeed, each puzzle has several steps.
For the first puzzle for instance, you have three runes at the beginning. Click on them to get three pictures. You have to find with the use of Internet, your knowledge, your brain, what's the common link between these three pictures, and write it. If you find the right keyword, you'll go to the second step of the puzzle, with new clues, documents, pictures, and with those new information, you have to find a new keyword. Find it, and you beat the first puzzle. No way to find sleep (answer from the Steam guide) for the first puzzle with only the first three clues.
For the first puzzle, the answers are below.
The first three clues are a moon/asteroid/whatever, a statue, a text. With the help of Internet and the data on the pictures, you'll find that the statue is Aphrodite/Venus and the text given is an extract of a book, and if you find the whole passage on Internet, it's about Zeus talking to Ares/Mars. Alright.
What about that moon/asteroid ? Maybe you know that the planets and some moons of our solar system are named after gods. Could it be a moon named after a god, and maybe related to Aphrodite and Ares ? Maybe, let's ask to Wikipedia.
These two have indeed some children together. (Eros ?), Harmonia, Deimos, Phobos for instance. Let's Google it : "Harmonia moon", nothing good. "Deimos moon", meh. "Phobos moon", oh, the same image that the one given as a clue. It's then Phobos moon !
And boom, we can guess the answer of the first step : Phobos, the common link between these three clues : Phobos the moon, Phobos the son of Aphrodite, Phobos the son of Ares.
And then, you'll get a new document and the big voice asks a question. The answer is on this document. Puzzle 1 on 6, done. Same process for the 5 next ones, the common link to find. It can be tricky for sure.
Ahnayro from the same team does the same kind of puzzles if you like Cyrano Story.
