Is that what it says when you set language to Russian? Someone probably just messed with the translation website and they implemented it, I've seen similar stuff before. If there are description changing items in Dota 2 (like in TF2), then it's even simpler.

Description at the picture says "Go fuck yourself, bitch", so it can't be mistake. Maybe someone changed a description of his item, if it's possible. Maybe it's fake. Or maybe someone did really hacked Valve.
