You didn't win with your 0.026% must be a scam then, i totally agree the odds were in your favor how dare they

If I enter the lottery and don't win does that mean its a scam?

yes scam, I got 484 entries, out of which I have won only 14 >:(, which makes my luck at 2.9% to win on one giveaway

First off, the reason why the number of entries was reset was due to an error that happened while doing a backup. Yours was not the only one altered. I had something like 15,000 entries, now I'm down to 618. You could have easily have found this out had you actually taken about 10 seconds and looked at the pinned thread at the top of the forums. Its easy enough to spot as it goes by the title.... "(Sticky) (Staff) Downtime and Missing Giveaway Entries"

Second, what do you expect to win every giveaway you enter? Its all based of chance. The lower the number of people in the giveaway the higher the chance you have of winning. There has been a number of people who after entering 4000 to 5000 giveaways never won any of them. There has been people who have entered 2 giveaways and one won one. Its all based on random chance. Random chance means you could go 10 years and 100,000 entries and still never win any of them. Or 5 minutes from now you enter one and win it. Or tomorrow when you wake up you find out you have won five giveaways (actually seen something like that happen, the guy won 4 within hours/day of each other).

This also could have been found out had you actually tried the search on the forums.

I'm quite new to this site (my Steam games library value only reached the $100 USD requirement last September) but instead of seeing it as a scam, I see it as what it really is... A BIG GAMBLE~!

Yes it's a big gamble folks, kind of like entering a million Dollar lottery. You win some, you lose some... sadly my luck on lotteries suck both on teh internetz & in real life, but instead of feeling bad for myself and envying the winner/s I just keep on trucking along and still enter these giveaways and hope for the best :D

Yep, it's a scam. I've only entered 3 giveaways and it says I've won 14 times. They alter random people's win count to make people think the system works.

No I know what he is talking about, it's happened to me a few times where I have entered giveaways and the entries simply vanished, no points refund, the givaways were still up, I just wasn't entered into them anymore.

first it was a good community(and it is) but now its a f*cking bug scam fooling around people and make some fools to pay for points that they earn by just being patient...
