I have made another one if you want to join that one you can i do not know what the problem was but i was with steamgifts and not me

Because its parent is not Modern Warfare 3, but a hidden Steam app, the standalone CoD:MW3 multiplayer edition, which is not reported as owned for anyone, as it is sort of a tacked-on-something kind of app that cannot really exist on its own.

The more technical phrasing is that it depends on 42690 but only 42680 is reported for ownership in the Steam API.

So, nobody ever will be able to enter a giveaway for it.
