There is a bug in the sub 900883, which is always marked as "not owned" even if you have already owned 22330 and 22333 before.
Please double-check whether you have already owned this game before entering this giveaway.
To reduce the possibility of giving the key to a person who has owned the (deluxe) game, I will disallow anyone who owns the base game to enter this giveaway. (Yes, such a rule is allowed by SteamGift)

Interesting - I had to go to https://store.steampowered.com/sub/1679/ to see that I owned the upgrade/DLC - the steam store link from steamdb doesn't work (it probably would know if I logged in...), and the 22330 base game shows options to purchase the DLC (which is what led me to the link above), implying I don't own it... I was bummed that I couldn't join for the upgrade, but turns out that was indeed misplaced. Regards!

SteamDB can show whether you own the DLC if you log in and sync your Steam account. All games and DLCs you have owned will be marked as green.
However, the sub

will never be marked as "owned."
If you already own both the game and the DLC in
https://store.steampowered.com/sub/1679/
Then, this key will not work. It will tell you "You have already owned it" when you try to redeem it. That's why I bought this key by mistake. I was also misguided by the store information here:

That's annoying, it seems that this mistake was made by Bethesda.
