That one streamer is giving away 1600 Windows PC Keys of Fallout 76 via gleam later this day.
By that wording I would guess those aren't steam keys but the same Microsoft Store keys which Amazon Prime is giving away at the moment.

Amazon Prime keys get exploited a lot, it's less then a dollar on key shops if you check GG.deals. Yes the activation says MS store for the cheapest ones.
