I have a 7600x and went with 2x16 GB, G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo 6000, CL 30. I'm not sure where you live, but in the US it is the same price as what you listed, but will be faster because of the 6000 Mhz and CL 30. The Black or RGB versions are basically the same price, RGB is actually currently a few dollars cheaper with the discount code shown on the page. Here are links for Newegg, but it is the same price on Amazon as well.

I don't remember too much about the motherboards since I was doing research a year ago, but Hardware Unboxed does good motherboard videos if you are just looking to compare specs. If you are looking for specific issues that consumers might run into like coil whine, compatibility issues, or failures, you would have to look up the specific model online and look through places like Reddit or computer forums to find out if people are having issues, since a reviewer is just going to have a sample size of 1 and may not run into issues.
The Asus prime B650 plus is talked about in both of these videos:
Cheapest AMD B650 Boards Tested, VRM Thermals: 100c+ Temps
AMD B650 Roundup: 35 Motherboards Tested, Complete Buying Guide
I would not buy that motherboard because of the bad VRM. I personally went with a cheap x670 because it had a few features I wanted and I plan on upgrading in a couple generations to a more powerful CPU. I am not saying that you should get an x670 since a B650 will be fine if it has the features you want. The other B650 options are good, it's just the Asus Prime boards that have bad VRMs. A 7600 won't push the VRM anywhere near as hard as in the testing, but I still wouldn't want it when there are better options available.

That RAM has been officially tested with that motherboard by Asus, so you know you can squeeze every bit of speed out of it. Having said that, I will echo AllTracTurbo and say that the motherboard doesn't appear to be very reliable. On it's US Amazon page, it even alerts that it's a frequently returned item.
If I were you, I'd probably try a different motherboard. I've always bought Gigabyte and haven't had any problems. The BIOS has always been really user-friendly too. If you do go with a different MOBO, just definitely check it's official manufacturer webpage for fully compatible RAM.
Good luck with the build. :)

I'm planning to buy a new PC in this month.
Motherboard: Asus prime B650 plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600 (+pure rock 2 cooler)
GPU: Asus dual 4060 8gb
Case: Pure base 500dx
Ram: Fury beast 2x16 gb 5200 MHz
PSU: Seasonic 850W gold
+hdd, ssd
I'm a bit unsure about this motherboard because I didn't find much information about it.
What you think?
