Pretty much as long as they've offered the service memberships haven't expired even after cancellation. They've claimed to have fixed it on at least one occasion but my "current term" ends in Oct 2014 and I still have full access to all the prime features.

No, you pay for a month, and cancel. You get the month but then it doesn't actually expire. It's been an issue basically forever. They did actually claim to have fixed it just before I joined but as I was only subscribing for a cheap copy of Endless Legend I wasn't all that bothered. Then I just kept getting the emails every month with the new offerings.

EDIT: I still get all the other prime benefits as well. I can disable ads and I can download the pdf versions of any of the guides.

My subscription has expired, my account page says it ended OCT 2014. I can still access everything. Login and see if you still get the ad disable option here or try downloading a pdf guide for a game, or even access this months free game.

I don't have an active subscription but can still do everything.

It's older than either of those I think.

Do you mean bundled, as in on the bundle list, or bundled as in sold in another bundle? Because if you look, the last four months' games haven't been bundled (as far as I know) yet either way. Now, not every game is good, but your argument is factually inaccurate.

Is it for only new accounts or could I just redeem the voucher? I already opened a support ticket on IGN but alas, after two weeks no answer,
