Unfortunately, I still don't pass. I've only completed 1/3 of my won games (I counted multiplayer games as a "no" because of my low playtime on them, not sure how you can complete a multiplayer game heh).
By the way, you may want to update the SGTools requirements to include "or less than 70 wins" so that people who pass may apply in the giveaway. ^^

Woo. I could totally be in on this. Here is a list of games I have played and haven't played and such. 12/13 played, 20 won. 60-65% played. 1 100% game: Space Run. I really really enjoyed the game, and then I found out they released Space Run Galaxies recently, put it up on my Wishlist.

A good initiative. I played mutliple times with the thought to make a group based on such "restrictions". It only makes sense to give the games to people who actually bother to play them. Maybe if I have more time and motivation I will create such a group. Although 50 % might still be a little bit on the low side.

Maybe it would be possible to check with mandrill (creator of BLAEO) if it would be possible to do some kind of "Steamgifts win checker" that uses the features built in to the site and gives you stats over how much people (who aren't members on BLAEO) have played their wins? It could probably even be set up for checking how much time is put in to games with/without cards, and the person checking could draw their own conclusion. An example:
If 100% of the won games with cards have been played, with an average of 2% achievements per game with achievements, and 4% of the games without cards have been played, with an average of 12% achievements per game with achievements, then we know that particular winner doesn't play won games that much, but makes sure to idle all games for cards (play4profitz™).
I'm quite a bit above the 300 max CV won,so I won't be eligible, but I'm still around 50% played (BLAEO list, sort after playtime). Over 600 hours gametime in SG wins, good times.

I have to stop you right there. The website mostly relies on members categorizing games on their own, so there wouldn't be a way to determine who played their games and who hasn't. The effort of putting such a tool together would also be a bit too much for what it would actually achieve.
All you can do is check achievements at this point, because idlemaster is messing up playtime. I do have some games myself with supposedly 10-15 hours played but that's just because of that one time I decided to idle my cards throughout the night and Idlemaster didn't stop after collectively running all games, which should have stopped after 2 hours.

You can be totally right about it being too much work (sorry, the idea just came to me), but I didn't think that it would categorize games for you, just give you some hard facts and let you draw your own conclusions. That's why I thought it would report games with and without cards separately.
Games idled for cards don't get achievements, so looking at the achievements can be a good indicator.
Let me do another example:
Games with cards: 100% played, average of 18% achievements (35% of the games played have achievements earned, and among those the average is 50% achievements).
Games without cards: 20% played, average of 44% achievements.
In that case we could come to the conclusion that the winner has played somewhere between 20-35% of the won games with achievements, and puts some time into getting achievements (44-50% averages).
For games without achievements we would have to do an educated guess based on the play percentage of the with/without cards games. Games without cards: all playtime is probably real playtime. Games with cards: We can assume some games are played for real, but the rest might only be farmed for cards.
Just a way to do a quick check how likely it is that the winner is playing their games, not listing everything the same way as we do over at BLAEO.
Ok, much more text than I planned, but I hope you get my point. It was all highly theoretical since that tool or plans to do it don't exist, just something that popped into my head when I read this topic :D

So according to my progress that I keep updated on the website I have played 19 out of 34 games, which doesn't really make sense to me right now, because Steamgifts says I have 36 won games, 3 of them being DLC and the website lists 34 games without DLC, but it should have been 33 then?! Problem solved! I've won the Metro Redux Bundle, so the website lists both Metro games, while it's only one won giveaway technically.

Jumped into Not A Hero to take a screenshot of my progress. When I've beaten this game achievements weren't available, so after that I just jumped into the game, finished a level and got the achievements for having at least Prime Minister ratings in every level.
And since there is still some time left until Friday I will play Home when I feel like it. :)

It took me over a year to play Dying Light after I won it. After I won Witcher I installed it immediatelly and played it literally every single minute of my free time =). So you can see that I play when I have time or when I feel like it. Few last days I had a pause from gaming.
I only enter GAs I intend to play, I still haven't played some as you can see. I plan to... but don't have as much time as I wish to :(.
