Is VEGAS Pro from MAGIX Website region-locked? [GAs Inside]

I bought VEGAS Pro 15 Edit (Non-Steam) from MAGIX Official Website just to get the plugins (Boris Image Restoration and Mercalli V4). I had already bought VEGAS 15 for myself some time ago, and now I have an activation left over that I want to trade or sell (for half the price I paid, I'm not a mercenary), but I don't know if the keys from MAGIX are region-locked. I didn't find any information on this. Does anyone here know the answer?
