I'm a little confused on the rule regarding creating entries of games that are actually included in a bundle. What if I redeem 4/5 games for myself and the 5th game I have a copy of already. How do I give away the 5th game, if I'm not allowed to since it's apart of a bundle.

It honestly sounds like a programming issue. There should be a time period around when a bundle was created which automatically makes those individual games worth less.

By the way, this rule is no longer visible in the FAQs. So people are getting banned for a "rule that everyone should know, that isn't listed anywhere."

Also, during the creation of an entry, the user should be prompted to read the FAQ (with a link), rather than having to click a small link in the lower right hand corner that no one sees.

I currently have 6 games from bundles, that I want to give away now.

You can't give it away because bundle keys do not give giftable copies if you own the game already. If you meant seperate keys you can give those away.

It is allowed to give individual bundle games away, you just get less contributor value and you have to live with the feeling that you don't care about the rules that Humble Bundle (and most other bundle provider) set up.
