It's simple, if you win, ask if it's the full game or the beta. IF the guy says beta, simply set the gift as "not received"

Indeed, the Steamgifts FAQ says "Do not submit guest passes, coupons, beta keys, or in-game items from games such as Team Fortress 2" but I suspect the people who make these sorts of giveaways are allergic to reading a FAQ... :)

Well, like the title says: A lot of people are creating giveaways for ScreenCheat but giving away beta keys that do not convert into the full game.
At least create a category for people to giveaway beta keys if not, there are gonna be a lot of contributors around that actually didn't gave a full game away.
Just saying.
