Need help with GPU's

Hey, some time ago i created a topic that involved what GPU i should choose, BUT the EVGA one got out of stock but there is another EVGA similar but without dual fans. With that in mind I'm reconsidering the MSI one. Do you think it is a better choice? Or the fans will not make such a difference?
EDIT: I'd apreciate if you recommend a cheap PSU that is compatible with the card.

EVGA doesn't make good fans honestly. ASUS and MSI fans are a lot better.

EVGA has stupid designs for their fans. Mine looks like a funnel and not the awesome Dyson kind.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775 this is an asus one, it is quite similar to the MSI one, but you also get a free game with it. so yeah.
