Pink Floyd - Echoes
etc. they have a lot of good ones, in fact almost every song they made is superb
Rolling Stones - Paint it Black
i only like this song by them
In Flames - Clayman
Classic metal from Sweden, best metal band ever imo
Iron Maiden - Rime of the Ancient Mariner
They have lots of other good ones too
Johnny Cash - I Walk the Line
He has lots of more good songs too
Moody Blues - Candle of Life
Far underrated and overlooked album
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
One of the musically best group ever imo
Sabaton - The Lion from the North
Rather in Swedish, since the whole album is avaliable in eng/swe
A pick of some of my fav songs ever

I don't listen to Rolling Stones that much either but my favorite song has to be Let It Bleed, I personally don't like Gimme Shelter at all. Paint It Black is just so emotional and powerful. Absolutely phenomenal songwriting.

There are many songs I love, but here are some I like very much:
The Ordinary World - For me, one of the best versions of that song.
City of Darkness
Björn Peng - Das alte Lied

At the moment I'm loving these songs
The Animal In Me - Cyndi Lauper cover - "Girls Just Want to Have Fun"
Relient K - Girls Just Want to Have Fun yes another cover because the song is just so catchy
Limp - She Smiles this was a (imo) super underrated pop punk band that unfortunately formed in the same year as Limp Bizkit, who I don't care for. Even though they sound nothing alike I always wondered if they could have been more popular if Limp Bizkit never existed.

Juris Pavītols (Līvi) - Vairogi - One of the best Latvian patriotic songs by Līvi, although this version feels a bit more personal, it is a bit more original (as sung in 70s/80s) recording from Līvi founder
Avantasia - Anywhere - My most favourite song ever, no change for like 20 years now
Heilung - In Maidjan - Hard to choose like "more" favourite but this is high up there. Also going to their concert on Friday (already have seen them live once)
Sabaton - The Price of a Mile - Sabaton is my most favourite band, so a lot of songs are high in top, this is in top for like longest time
Enigma - Beyond The Invisible - Although song that introduced me to Enigma is Return To Innocence, this I like the most for now
Francesco Gabbani - Volevamo Solo Essere Felici - Even if I don't speak Italian, I really love it
A Perfect Circle - So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish - Just love how it sounds. Music video also is awesome
SKYND Feat Bill $aber - Columbine - Despite the fact of what is it referencing, it is a very captivating song
Laibach - See That My Grave Is Kept Clean - Long time fan of Laibach and martial industrial genre in itself
Manchester Orchestra - The Silence - This is very captivating, just makes you to listen on repeat
Blutengel - Lucifer - This is one of the first songs I listened to from Blutengel, still a fan. Also Blutengel is one of the few bands I listen to regularly for past 20 - 25 years
Radio Tapok - Цусима - Just like it. And even if I am against war (this or general), I don't think that music gets bad or worse because of that
Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio - Ungezähmtes Land - Another martial industrial song on list, this is a cover which I like way more than original, even if I like the original by Nachtmahr
Amaranthe - Drop Dead Cynical - Long time loved band, just chose more favourable one
Taylor Swift - Enchanted - No comments here :)
E Nomine - Schwarze Sonne - Very interesting band, combining dance music with lyrics in Latin (with German/English as well), making it very "historical"
Kamelot - Love You To Death - One of most favourite songs, especially when I was younger
Faun & Eluveitie - Gwydion - Despite the fact this is one more new songs overall, it just have this nice blend of pure folk and folk metal
Behemoth - Bartzabel - Interesting lyrics, and just love how it sounds
Te Vaka - Lakalaka - Long time fan of Te Vaka or Oceanic music in general
Tape Five - Boheme Supreme - Similarly as above, quite a fan of Electro-Swing genre, this song kinda comes to mind when talking about this genre

So I see it's been a while, and I was bored so I was thinking we share some of out favorite songs. And yes, I did research the last time this was done.
Some of mine are -
Evolution - Symphony X
We Sold Out Homesteads - Falconer
High Above - Freedom Call... Then again, just about ANYTHING by Freedom Call
Valhalla - Grave Digger But like Freedom Call, I love all their work
The Chariot - Dark Moor
Ghost Shadow Requiem - Everdawn. A possibly little known band I discovered last year and a different bands show. Saw them live twice. Amazing. Even got to meet the band and have a picture with the lead singer.
Clocks - Visions of Atlantis. Show where I discovered Everdawn
P.A.R.T.Y. - Alestorm
Do You Wanna Taste It - Wigwam And to any Peacemaker fans that never researched, this where James Gunn got the intro from.
Sorry, it's pretty much all metal. I have a few classical pieces I like too.
So, shall we all share some of your favorites?
And for your consolation, a small GA for you hissed behind one of my favorite things - a jiggidi!
