Well, a while ago I made a giveaway for "Beep", the guy who won it had the game mailed to his registered mail, but he still marked as not received...
What are the steps to follow to prove that I indeed send the game to him, and how can I communicate to him to see if he can corroborate that?
As I quickly read trough the FAQ and shit couldn't find anything regarding that, or perhaps I missed it? Well any guidance is more than welcome!
