You can create more after your current giveaways are finished.
You can ask the support for more Slots if you really need them.

Why is there a limit to the number of gifts I'm able to give away?

We limit the number of gifts a user can create for security purposes, and to prevent a new user from potentially posting a large number of invalid gifts to the site. When you create giveaways and your gifts are received, this number will increase, and you'll be rewarded with the ability to create giveaways with a greater number of copies, or more simultaneous giveaways.

Once the gifts are delivered you get more giveaway slots.

After ur giveaway end and received, u will get 1 extra slots for every 3 giveaway given :) (tat means u will get 4 slots when all of them are received)

I think for every 3 successful giveaways you gain another GA slot.
So after those first 3, you'll be able to create 4 simultaneously running GAs.
