New in game card drop time

Did you noticed that in game card time has changed since it was introduced refund?

Skullgirls - playing now for 2.5 h and still need 4 card
AntiSquad - 6 h
Shadow Warrior - 72 min.
Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition - 90 min.

....depends on how much the game has cards

Edit: before I needed between an hour or an hour and a half to get all the cards regardless of whether there are 3 or 10 card drops...

Every game has different drop times, set by developer
regardless of how many cards it gives.

stilldepends on a game. For example I farmed all 3 cards in Nihilumbra yesterday in 1h and 15min. AFAIK card drop rate is set my devs themselves - some will change it due to refund policy, some may not.

Steam had some issues lately, so maybe it was card-dispensing-server fault?

before they introduced refund it was all ok with fast drop, but maybe is server fault will see
