How long does it usually take for support to respond to an add game request?

Like tittle says, i'm pending for a week already.
Search didnt give me anything on the forum and FAQ said to be patient.
But a week without response seems a little long to me...

The game is: Skara Starter Package

ps how do I edit @ starter post? I dont see a button, but that can be the browser add ons...

and waiting for H3 is waiting like forever :/

For me there is an arrow next to 'Open' at the top right of the screen. The edit option is there.

Not sure about the Skara Starter Package by the way. Usually if a game isn't in the list it is because it has been given away for free in large amounts to stop people exploiting it for CV / clogging up the website with giveaways. I'm not aware of any giveaways or issues with that title though - hopefully you get an answer or resolution soon.

No worries. How long it takes actually really depends. For example, most user reports might take months to be responded to, since there are a lots of them. However, a request such as yours shouldn't take as much time.

I'm not sure, but I think that only one person can actually add games to the giveaways list, so it might still take a while until they get to it. In the meantime, you'll just have to wait.

To that conclusion had I already come, before starting the thread, about the just waiting part. Was wondering how long that would have to be. But a month, well if it takes that long, nothing I can do about it :)

Took them a couple days to respond to my request where a DLC had almost the same name as the full monty package (only difference being a "-" [hyphon]).

2 months+ for me, thought it was a really rare DLC and it was removed from steam store so I understand the delay.

There are only two people that I know of who can add games to the list. That means you might have to wait a while.
