It's not Steam key, that's first thing you should know.

You should check how Max Payne 3 Brazil and Russian retail keys were handled by Rockstar Social Club.

Hmm, the only thing that I've found is that I can't download the game through Rockstar Social Club, so I'd have to get that from another place... iykwim :)

Other than that, I couldn't find anything on region locks and such :(

Oh yeah... damn :) forgot to check the prices on steamtrades after the game was made available to preorder on Steam... cheers

I'll just close this then, as it's not worthy of a hassle
