your giveaways have been mostly bundle games, that includes dota, and special rules apply to their contributor value.
The first 25$ of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of 30$ with bundle games alone (25$ + (20%*25$)).
Formula:
adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )
contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )

With all due respect, you paid nothing for all but two of your giveaways, and those were from a $5 bundle.
For this you've been credited with the ridiculously generous value of $31.19.
Why not be happy with what you've got, and familiarise yourself with the exhilarating joy that only comes from attaining true mastery of the search function instead of griping about how unfair the contributor values are?
