A lot of the support for this website are volunteers if I remember correctly, and with 300,000+ users on the site there are probably a lot of tickets. He should be dealt with eventually, just takes time.

I think you should use the Support-Tab...the Report-Button in Profile isnt working, that was the answer staff gave me some time ago.

This message does not change the fact that mods can't access the reports if you create them from a user's profile

Since always.

If you are using SG+, reports created from a user's profile will automagically be created in the support section, but the "default" reports are not accessible by mods.
