Your invite is a unique id, I can easily see that being a variable kept in the database. And as they are kept on your invites page even after used, I can infer they are kept indefinitely on record. It only makes sense that if someone checks the database, they will find the invite code used to get me on this site, from there, they can see who holds that invite code.

Pretty easy to track provided cg kept the invite code linked to the person invited, which is reasonably logical to assume.

You don't think you should carefully consider whether you're inviting an assclown to a party or not?

I've only invited people who I know are good people, I've only invited people worth having here. Many other people have given blanket invites to random bums, it's not surprising some of them are stealing our coats.

I stand by my position, if you invite a thieving, drug dealing so-and-so to a friend's party, you're an asshole too.

I have seen quite a few users with 'banned: ' before their name. The flood of new people most likely gives the impression that mods do bugger all. I assure ban are delivered. Just report people to inbox@steamgifts.com.
