I assume you are talking about your TV doing the conversion with 2D to 3D option. If so, as long as you can run the game on your pc on the settings you want, it shouldn't have a problem, since you are just using the TV as another display. Also it won't be very noticeable on quite a few games. Only played very few with 2D->3D on TV instead of 3D on PC, Castlevania Lords of Shadow looked fine, the rest were a bit uncomfortable after a while or not noticeable at all. I usually avoid playing with the conversion from the TV and prefer the PC, if I want to try something on 3D.
If you meant using 3dtv play or something similar (that's the only one I know), then you do need the software (maybe a kit) and a compatible card.
If neither of the above, then I have no idea :P

Thank you for the answer, but I'm looking not for the 2D>3D conversion, I'm looking for the games giving two images at once - one for the left eye, the second for the right eye (HOU or HSBS), just like special 3D videos do, so that the image displayed by the TV (used as a computer display) had depth and real 3D look. I saw an option like this in 'Among the Sleep' but for some reason it did not work for me, that's why I also asked if there are any special requirements for the video card.

I've bought a smart LG TV with 3D support and find watching 3D movies just great. I wonder whether anyone knows if there are any games which allow you to play using such a 3D TV as display and take advantage of all awesome almost real features? And, if there is, are there any special requirements to the video card? Thanks in advance for all the answers.
