I was similarly suspicious - there's already a lot of other sites and bitcointalk traders obviously just selling bundle games at normal prices - but there do appear to be a few games on this site which aren't from bundles, such as Agent Awesome. On that game's Steam page, they've posted news linking to coinplay.io, so it seems to be authorized.

Still, it's hard to recommend this site at the moment when there's much better deals to be had by buying tf2/csgo keys with bitcoin. It's always good to have more options though.
