Are you picky with what giveaways you enter or do you enter everything you can?

i just enter fortix giveaways

I only enter giveaways for games I already own, ie the GOTY editions, and whatnot. So, if I win then it sucks for everyone else.

I usually have one or two games that I "really" try to win in a given week, if I can't win them in a weeks time I usually trade them out for different games. (Unless they're games that I'm really 100% interested in winning. My current obsession is Don't Starve)

i think a lot of people do just want to increase their game count. i only enter for games i'm pretty sure i'd like to play, and it seems that i'm not the only one because there are popular games that get a lot more entries than other games.

I am picky, although I sometimes enter in a giveaway I hadn't planned to enter because I feel interested in the game.

Anyways, I don't want to win games for the sake of it. I wan't to enjoy them.

I don't enter if I don't have the intention of playing it ever. I also don't enter private/group ones if there's someone that says that he really really wanted the game for a while, and I don't want it as much as that person.

I think many people here at the forum and especially people that contributed look more to enter only giveaway for games they want. But most people (cg posted once a number) here haven't contributed and I think these are more likely to enter for any games just to win (many don't even know that the games are from real people). I have many games and won some here and now I try to only enter for games that are on my wishlist and I really want.

I do enter based on where I have the best odds, but I ignore what I know I won't play.

I have a broad taste, though, so I don't have to ignore much. Only issue is that I don't have much leftover time to purely pour into gaming, so I'm quite far behind on playing through all the games I've acquired over the past year, as well as a lot of other stuff I still wish to sort out, but never really feel like actually sorting out.

I burn through my points as much as possible, though I aim to spend them on games that I'd actually play. No point in entering, say, Dear Esthear giveaways when I'll never even look at it.

Kind of picky, I suppose.
I only enter for games I actually find interesting, and for games with a GotY edition or something, I won't enter for just the base game unless it's a private giveaway or otherwise has a low number of entries.

Only games I plan to install/play during the week, or games/DLC that have been on my wishlist for a long time.

When I joined the site, I'd enter on a lot of giveaways, even for some games I wasn't really interested. These days, though, I rarely enter for games that I'm not so interested in, especially because I've a huge backlog alreadyy. Nowadays I only enter in dev giveaways, and for games I'm really interested in (like "I MUST PLAY GAME" interested).
