Take your hat off kid the king is speaking!
I wrote that legend part mostly to encourage people to give not only take. This is not about me. Cause i know i am trying. Most people turning a bot on and collecting games. I just want them to look at people that they are thinking they fool them.

It's only reason people like me and people like you. You guys showing this site's soul and giving a part of it's fire. The new one's take that and make it their own dedication. Seeing 10 years old accounts and couple of months old accounts. Only common thing between them to carry that torch to further away...

Congrats on your first year! You sum up pretty closely my relationship with SG- only add 12 more years to that lol... including the hardships.
Same thing with country- currency and income bad around here, my financial condition is bad... But dont worry too much things can improve.
My start on SG i had no income then i got my first job... then i lost it... my history with SG had its up and downs, so my contribution- currently im on another down but such is life. I cant wait to start getting bundles again and resume my leveling progress.
Btw i recommend you favor quality- ive personally always avoided asset flips and such... i know it can be harder for us but that can be a trap, theres some scummy devs out there and eventually titles that may look like a good buy just to give away but will eventually get devalued on SG anyway(and retroactively reduce your progress). I dont mean big games, theres countless nice cheap indies, just try to resist the asset flips and clearly bad games.
In a sense youre ahead of me- for a few years i barely entered on SG and didnt read the foruns much (my english wasnt good either, that was a factor)- so SG grew on me over time... and what grew more for me wasnt games thenselves but the community. Even in regards to gaming i had more nice discussions regarding gaming and bundles here then anywhere else- a side effect of a site built around GIVING cultivates positivity, those who stay longer(that care for community, im not speaking of the numerous silent users) tend to be positive people too. Reddit is like the wild west, steam foruns or most gaming foruns seem to invite haters of particular titles as much as fans... theres no place like SG.
Pretty much half my wins or so on the earlier years were me trying to win something, titles i didnt tought through(some i liked, some ended up being wasted on me, im glad i turned around and only enter wishlist)- that is to say 'half' of my wins doesnt even count. The other half is nice but frankly end of the day what i won and the chance of wining dont hold a candle near what SG been for me; Top of all discovery- being aware of bundles+GAs, seeing people recommend/comment, debates around games and recommendations... but as i grew older and right now what comes on top is the positive community, pure and simple. I just feel good using the site- wich is rare nowadays for pretty much all internet for me.
So yeah, i do get what you say of culture. Youre not alone.
Welcome aboard, congrats on your first year- and i hope you stay around for many more years to come!

I just read every word of that. You are totally right. Like that bad games. Just cause of that i have over 7k hidden games here. I only entering the games that i want to play or i can play and try to give games that playable. I can assure you that you are 100 percent right about other sites that combine or pull the haters like a magnet. But in the other hand i didn't see anything like that in this site. Well i see few but they were aliminated by the community instantaneously :) (Your English is great BTW) So vincer everyone has a story in here i am happy to hear yours. I hope your life will be just like you want it to be.

Thanks! And I'm glad you've found a good community here...it's what got me on board in 2017 and why I've stuck around all of these years. :)
BTW...you definitely have some cheaters who solved your Jigidi. I don't believe for one second that anyone honestly solved it in 3.5 minutes. Anyone that wants to prove me wrong better record a live video with the full desktop displayed. :D This happens all of the time when I do Jigidis for GAs, and fortunately none of these people have ever been the winner. But if I had a winner with an unreasonable time, I'd make them prove to me that they can solve it that fast -- otherwise, I'm requesting a reroll or, at the very least, blacklisting them so that they can't enter any future GAs.

You did! I like the logo a lot. :)
And yes, there are a couple of solvers out there that can be used. Whenever you see dramatically unrealistic times, those players are likely cheating. In order to make it feel a bit more realistic, they'll solve a little on their own, then run the plug-in (or vice-versa). But it's still usually less than half of the time it takes to realistically solve the puzzle.

You know what I started doing? I started putting a statement in the discussion thread that sounds something like this:
"Attention cheaters! I know that I'm not the fastest Jigidi solver in the world, but I'm also not that bad. So if your solve time is less than half of mine, you're going to need to provide a live video of you solving the puzzle, and it needs to show your full desktop. Otherwise, I'm going to assume that you're using a plugin to solve the puzzle, and you'll be banned from all of my future GAs.
If you're not willing to solve the puzzle honestly, then please don't participate in the GA. Thanks."
Technically, if they win, there's no recourse for avoiding sending them the key, because there's no absolute proof that they cheated. But, I'm also starting to find those people that have been warned and just add them to my blacklist ahead of time, so that they can't participate in any future Jigidi puzzles. If they want off of the blacklist, then they'll need to change their behavior.
:)

Something click to my mind. If we open a thread to share thouse cheaters with proofs (of course) so everyone could see and also blaclist them. But this may cause some innocent people got blacklisted cause of that. So can we add comment approval only for that thread. Someone comment with some proof on the thread that like for example i am cheating in a jigidi or something else and moderators check the comment and say "Yes the proofs are reall" Only after that the comment become visible for everyone. So everyone that follow the thread can also blacklist the dude. What do you think. Of course you guys can improve that idea. I believe in you. If you say open a thread in the suggestion part i can do just say.

Well, there's a small problem there in that the rules state that members cannot "call out" other members. So posting a list of cheaters, especially without 100% concrete evidence, would definitely be against that rule.
That's why I try to put rules on my discussion thread for any kind of puzzle/game for a GA. Because then if the participant doesn't meet those rules, there are grounds to request a reroll.

You are right after all but there has to be some thing to kick out that diry bot users and cheaters. I just made few more ga and write this
"Stop thanking please. It's annoying and botlike. If you want to thank me buy me a game from my wishlist.
I am joking just don't"
But i assume that the bot users still thanking. God i hate that type. You don't have to answer that btw but it was nice to talk with you.

Thank you. Yeah, I get your feeling, games are so expensive, I see so many accounts with a lot of high quality games given, it's cool.

Hello SG community! End of this month will be my first cake day. Because of that i want to say few things. If you have time to read that's would be great. Firts of all i want to thanks to this site and the perfect community that i ever saw. I remember the firts day i found this site and i thought "Yeah another scam. That's great." But i give it a shot and i am so happy to do that. After i join i was a newbie and didn't know anything. I tried to understand the culture (yes i am saying calture cause this is what i say for here. This is not only steamgifts for me. This is a new calture to explore.) And i did. After 11 months (it'll be a year on 30th) i am a pro :) Anyways i made few mistakes pe4cbdq8 along the journey but i am not regretting cause i learned from them. I won a giveaway on my first day, i asked few questions and got an instant response, i get happy and i believe i made a few people happy. I know i am not making giveaways or helping to others as much as most of you guys do. Because i can't. I buy keys just to give it. And that's a hard thing i have to admit it. My country is having some bad times you know. So games are really expensive but it's worth to make some of you fall in love with this site like i do. I am checking SG every morning and every night. That's how i enter a thousand giveaways every month. Final words. I am probably younger than most of you. Specially some legends in here. I always admire them. "How you can make that much giveaways?" (You know i am talking about you) I want to be just like you.
Sorry for long speach but i really wanted to say those things. That's not up to me but please use this site as intended and not only take, try to give sometimes...
There is a jigidi code.
