BUG: Steamgifts created 2 giveaways of the same game, I was just creating one

This is not fair, I just have 1 key of this DLC, but steamgifts created 2 giveaways when I was only creating one.
Im talking about these two

http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/6UhNe/talisman-character-pack-6-gambler

Is there something than can be done? Now one of those two guys will mark the giveaway as "not received" and that will mean than there is one less giveaway I will be able to create at the same time.

Well you can close a giveaway cant you? I've never done it and I dont know if it changed in SGV2. I know you'll lose a giveaway slot but its better than a not received imo. And if you contact support they might be understanding and do something?
