[Puzzle - made easier] Can someone tell me if this key is legit ?

Hi,
I have some kind of problem at the moment :-/
I just won a "Bioshock infinite" giveaway but when I try to activate the key, steam doesn't let me.

Is there anyone who could try to see if it works on your account and then tell me how to activate it ??

EDIT :

As the 3 giveaways are ending tomorrow 1pm (french time), and the few who succeeded to solve the puzzle almost already all have the games, I decided to remove the first step of the puzzle and just leave it as one ITH quiz.

Congratulations to those who didn't try the key in steam and found the 8 letters leading to the quiz.

I was the only entrant in the giveaway I entered until 49 minutes ago, which appears to be after he posted the link. It does look like someone entered one of the other giveaways before he posted, so I should have been more specific, but I meant that I was the only entrant in one of the giveaways.

And also, to be clear, I was joking; it's your giveaway Geekea, so you can make it as hard or as easy as you want to.
