Green Man Gaming have once again joined forces with the Golden Joysticks and are offering those that have voted before 20 October 2014 a free copy of XCOM: Enemy Unknown (whilst stocks last).*

This game will be available to you after 23 October 2014, and we’ll send you instructions of how to claim your free game at that time, which will include registering with Playfire and linking to Steam to gain your code.

If you haven’t already voted click here to vote.

*Limited stock available. One game per registered vote. Over 18 years only. The promoting site is open for participants to claim their free game from 23 October 2014 until 27 October 2014 at 11:59 GMT.

It's by email address, make sure you have same at CVG and Playfire.

keep getting this error though I use this username and password on playfire and it works

We seem to have encountered a glitch in the matrix

This is commonly caused by the wrong password having been entered. Please try to register your details again, using the same credentials you use to sign into Green Man Gaming and/or Playfire.

I had a different password for Playfire than GMG, and I kept putting the GMG password in.
Once I used the Playfire password, I got the e-mail for confirmation and got my key right away.

Sigh, now when I log in to my CVG account it shows that I haven't voted...

I already checked twice before that my votes were in, but now it's disappeared. Guess I'll have to re-vote... I just hope they're not gonna put me on the back of the mailing list for this.

You should have gotten a mail that you voted, also the mail about the keys, says it's limited, so you might be out of luck.

Just a minor issue...
There seems to be a problem with your username, email address or password.

If you're registering with an existing account, check your details and try again. If you're creating a new account, try a different username.

Even though it looks like it's just for people signing up for a new account, you put your gmg account details if you already voted and have an account.

SOLUTION HERE!!
It seems that the problem is with the password length, less than 8 letters was accepted before, but now the registration requires at least 8, even if you're registered before, so you need to change you PW on GMG then get back to the page and claim your key.
