Actually, the gameplay looks well above par for such games [be that sexual-themed ones, or couch multiplayer ones].
Which makes their reliance on such a dubious and awkward gimmick all the more questionable.
I guess they felt the extra attention and gag-purchase appeal would make up for the loss of respectability and the cringe-worthy gameplay visuals.
That, or life on a remote tropical island finally got to the developer team.
