Good'm putting together a group for Spanish-speaking people the rules are simple and similar to other private group in the community.
Terms of the group:

 ONLY spanish speaking users.
 Must have at least $ 100 SteamGifts contributor.
 Every new member must create a giveaway to join the group and can not win any games until completing the giveaway. (handed game)
 All members must create one giveaway per month if they want to stay in the group. They have seven days from the start of the month to do it.
 All members must maintain a minimum ratio of 1:3 if you want to stay in the group and will have 72 hours to normalize their ratio.
 The DLC and / or bundle games are not counted by the ratio or as a game of the month, but are welcome and appreciated.
 The giveaway must have a minimum duration of 24 hours.
 All applicable rules SteamGifts and must be respected.
 All group members must have their public profile.
 Every member should be respectful and active.

By the time the group is limited to 25 members and see what happens if you increase or not in the future.

By the looks of you're giveaways, I think you'd just want to leech from your members...(metaphorically speaking)

but those requirements sure are high...

Mmm aunque cumplo con los requerimientos hay cosas que no me parecen de los requerimientos, creo que son demasiado exigentes, de todas maneras suerte.

Me parecen justas las reglas, lamentablemente no estoy en condiciones (monetarias) para dar un juego al mes, así que doy un paso al costado... ¡mucha suerte con tu grupo!

Me gusta mucho el grupo en cuanto pueda conseguir el juego para poder crear la "giveaway" de entrada me interesaria unirme

Ya existe un grupo para hispanoparlantes.
Pero lamentablemente no funciona. Muchos días he pasado toda la mañana, tarde o noche y nadie pisó el chat.
Ondia, viendo el perfil del OP y fundador paso totalmente del grupo, maximum leecher.
