Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel local co-op on PC?

You just need same versions of game, select lan and play :D
Each player has own save file on his computer

Do you mean split screen like on the consoles? If so, I know there was a trick to do it with Borderlands 2 (PC) and given the similarity of the game engines, it should be repeatable with this release. Can't help much though, you will need to Google for it.

You mean split screen ? I don't thing there is specific mod for the Pre Sequel, but after a quick google search i found that someone on reddit is running the Pre Sequel split screen with the Borderlands 2 split screen mod. That said i have not done it and you should be careful with game mods on steam (probably best if you play in Offline mod just to be sure). Also it would probably need considerable power from the PC to run it split screen as it probably just runs the game twice somehow, so be careful not to put your PC on fire.
