Yes, they do, just write a support ticket to ask for fake feedback removal. It takes time because there are thousands of tickets to answer, between SG and steamtrades.

is easy to fix bad rep when one guy bad rep many people just ban and remove all comments that person made on steamtrades

Less than 10 Support members, half a million users. Even with all the inactive users, it should be obvious there is a lot of users to make tickets and very few people to respond.

well, then they should recruit more people to the support team. At least this is an obvious way to deal with a problem...

While CG is considering people last I heard, the current focus is getting SG2 up and running.

But if you recruit more SG Mods, they is get more corrupt and power hungry!

Hardly new, been happening for ages.

The thing that makes me sad is that some people are just thinking of new ways to steal from other people, instead of using that time and energy to do productive things and be able to pay for them and more.

got same problem, a guy impersonated me and made the trade in my name ...

"Scammers have found new way of scamming people by negative reping in steam trades and steam profile and blackmailing with that"

What i do not understand....do people really trade with other cause other people gave a+ rep on some profile? (or on a site on which they could fake stuff too)
You never know if they really traded...or how many negativ rep people gave them cause that comments could get easy deleted by them

Rep really does help. I have over 200 rep on ST and I never go first, never have to provide collateral on pack splits, etc. It's not a perfect system but it makes trading much more smooth.

Where's the blackmail part?

this whole "scam" is basically about butthurt little morons leaving -rep trying to destroy other peoples reputation on steamtrades. Im pretty sure that the blackmailing persons are found out sooner or later and then finally kicked out from major trading sites, so that they cannot make further damages

Not new. People have been doing this from the first moment that steamtrades rep system existed.
